We used Tyrer to do a survey at our sports club. They did a great job, on time, and were very good to work with. A few months after the report, when we were submitting a planning application that depended on the report's findings, a complication arose as the law had recently changed ('biodiversity net gain' requirement). We went back to Tyrer to ask about 'upgrading' the report, and how we might comply with BNG. Tyrer got back to us within a day, with a very helpful update document that meant we could meet BNG, and didn't even charge us for this extra work! Customer service way beyond our expectations - we are most impressed and would definitely recommend Tyrer.
