Ruined my jackets. Done the worst job in shortening my jacket sleeves. Left the buttonhole open and never created stitching for new button holes. The sleeves look ridiculous. I’ve taken my jackets to shorten sleeves many times, never encountered this before. Now I’ve taken my jackets to a proper tailor to get them fixed hopefully.

Each alteration he has done on my clothing has been perfect and the quality is impeccable each time.
