Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I thought I had lost all of the data including kids photos and videos from over the years from my external hard drive, which was bitlocker encrypted. Brilliant service! I had an external HD which contained 20 years worth of photos which could no longer be recognised by my computer. I thought that I had lost EVERYTHING but Dave managed to restore them all and put them on a new HD for me in a day. So pleased I went with a local firm rather than one of the big national ones.
