I have been training with Rob for nearly two years, both at bootcamp and now in the group Squad. I love all the sessions which are varied and challenging. Rob is a great trainer, encouraging and always pushing you. I’d recommend his training for all levels of fitness and experience.

I joined Rob's Squad about 6 months ago. I came from zero fitness since having my children and I can't believe how quickly my fitness has improved in such a short time. The exercises are always really varied which keeps everyone engaged, motivated and constantly pushing themselves. Rob always gives little pointers to help with technique which is really useful. Cannot recommend Rob enough!

This guy is an absolute legend! Robs knowledge in the PT industry is next to none. As part of his course, he provided me with tips for home training and nutrition. Rob has helped build my confidence and gym knowledge while training with him. knowing and understanding my work schedule and requirements, he tailored our sessions to suit me. I don't think I'm alone in saying this, but I've not just gained a great PT. I've gained a mate.

Rob is brilliant very friendly and personable, been going to him for a while now. Keeps workouts varied and engaging. I was struggling to see results from going to the gym, but Rob has helped change that, feel fitter an stronger.

Couldn’t rate Rob high enough to be honest. His classes are never the same. Always hard but definately fun. He’s there with us every step of the way and it speaks for itself that never has an empty class or session. If you’re thinking of joining the gym or taking a class, contact him first. You won’t be disappointed 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Rob's boot camps are a great balance of effort and fun. Rob really knows his stuff and always supports everyone equally to achieve their individual goals. Highly recommended 👌

Just completed a six week boot camp with Rob. Really good even though it was at 6 am start but sets you up for the day. Gave me a kick in the right direction with regards to my fitness. Cheers Rob

Amazing PT! always very supportive and nothing is ever too much! He has also massively helped my parents in their fitness journey always being so supportive of them! Definitely recommend to anyone with any level of ability!
