They were highly responsive, friendly and even let me know if something popped up that I may be interested in. I advised them of my situation and living requirements which they adequately matched with appropriate rentals. This made the process much easier, meaning I didn't have to spend loads of time looking at properties that wouldn't fit my requirements. This company has got a terrible reputation. They are awful. I know landlords, tenants and vendors who have gone through Karen Parks and they all say the same, rubbish! Don't trust them to sell or manage your property. Use a reputable company like Steph McNab who know what they are doing!

Simply the Best By far the best estate agent that I or my family have dealt with. Jasmine and the other office staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Their help has been sought to deal with some dripping taps, some cracked tiling around the bath and how to read a smart meter! The taps were replaced within a day or two, new tiling was fitted and the smart meter has been successfully read. Can't recommend highly enough. Doctor Ray Orsborn
